When Chip and Joanna Gaines opened their new vacation home, Magnolia House in McGregor, Texas, I decided to send along a little “housewarming” gift.  I’m sure they receive many gifts from people all over the world, so I tried to make something a little different and decided on a picture of the house.

Back In 2015, I was fortunate enough to be selected by Joanna and HGTV to be one of the blog sponsors on Joanna’s website. They no longer have sponsors since starting their own home decor/furniture line. (insert sad face )

Forward months later, and it’s been exciting for me to see the pillow I sent in several pictures from people staying at the house.  Joanna has such beautiful taste in decor, it’s amazing to be included in part of that decor. Totally flattered.

The vacation home has been so popular it books up in ONE day for the whole year!. That is pretty impressive especially when you factor in that the cost of renting the house for the night is 947.00 Canadian dollars.
